Why We Built This Site
Public access in Georgia starts with the court that maintains the record. Judy Odom, Union County Clerk of Superior Court, keeps Superior civil and criminal filings, while other local courts maintain their own matters. Georgia Courts E-Access directs Union Superior users to the account-based PeachCourt provider. Probate records use separate tools, and Blairsville Municipal Court handles city-limit citations and ordinance cases. We assembled these distinct routes because a Union County name alone does not identify the right docket or records office.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: ways to locate and read criminal court dockets and civil court dockets
- Hearing information: routes for checking the court schedule with the proper Union County office
- Case lookups: steps for a docket search by case number or party name
- Official copies: guidance on requesting court case records from the responsible clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, not a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Those boundaries mean:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot promise that every fee, setting, procedure, or office detail remains current
An official or certified docket or court record must come from the court or clerk that maintains it. This site can identify that office but cannot issue the document.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes shown on some content pages. Each provider controls its service, prices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports free access to this reference site. We neither set provider charges nor control the records returned.
